I should have done this meal plan months ago! I decided to “try” a plant-based diet just to lose those stubborn last 10 lbs. I was already working out with Sara twice a week and logging my meals to monitor calories, but weight loss had plateaued.

Now, over a year later, why do I prefer my plant-based eating habits? The food is delicious and very easy to prepare. I enjoy finding new recipes and don’t feel like I’m depriving myself. I’m not thinking about the foods I can’t have; I’m thinking about the foods that I can have and actually want. Maintaining my 50+ lb. weight loss is easy because of my new eating habits. I feel great. I feel healthy!
