The SBH Virtual Cooking Class and Meal Prep is an interactive workshop where we’ll cook delicious, plant-based meals together while sipping on a beverage of your choice!
Each cooking class features new Strong.Bold.Healthy recipes or recipes from the SBH Plant-Based 21-Day Meal Plan. I’ll lead you through the cooking process of these recipes and teach you the tips and tricks that empower me to eat healthier foods day in and day out.

What meals are cooked in the virtual cooking class?
Each SBH virtual cooking class features 2 nutrient-dense recipes to fuel your body. The recipes are plant-based, meaning that they are free of meat, dairy and highly processed foods.
If you are hesitant to try plant-based meals, I highly recommend trying them just once! Plant-based foods pack an array of flavors compared to your average meat and potatoes meal. Plus, knowing that these light meals are made with better ingredients, you’ll feel good after eating them!

What do I get if I join a virtual cooking class?
When you join the SBH Virtual Cooking Class and Meal Prep, you will receive a grocery list that contains all the ingredients you’ll need for the class, as well as the Zoom link to access the live session.
These details will be in your email inbox 48 hours prior to the class start time so that you can get your groceries ahead of time.
You’ll also get my expertise in the kitchen! With over 15 years of experience in the kitchen and launching the SBH Meal Plan Program, I can answer any food prep questions you have and help tailor recipes to meet your needs.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with me and your classmates during this interactive class!
How many servings will each recipe make?
The number of servings each recipe makes with vary depending on what we are cooking during the class. However, most recipes make a minimum of 4 servings.
If you need more or less serving than I can help you during class to alter the ingredients to make the desired amount of servings for you and/or your family. re is no set serving amount that each recipe makes Daily challenges will inspire you and other SBH members to become your best self mentally, physically and emotionally.
If I have food allergies or intolerances, can I still join the Virtual Cooking Class?
Yes! Anyone is welcome to join the class despite food allergies or intolerances. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can help you substitute ingredients to fit your needs.

The SBH Virtual Cooking Class & Meal Prep ticket price will vary from $0-15.
Ticket prices are $10 for members of the private SBH Community. If you are not an SBH member, the class is $15. To become a SBH member, get the SBH Plant-Based 21-Day Meal Plan & Nutrition Guide!
Plus, these classes are FREE to anyone who purchases the SBH Meal Plan between September 1, 2020 to the present day.
How do I access the SBH Cooking Class?
The SBH Virtual Cooking Class and Meal Prep can be accessed via Zoom. You will receive a link 48 hours prior to the start of class that will give you access to the live class.
Be sure to download Zoom and test the link prior to the class.
Do I need any specialty ingredients for the Cooking Class?
You will not need any specialty ingredients for the classes; all ingredients can be found at your local grocery store.
Some of my favorite stores to shop at are Giant, Wegman’s and Whole Foods.
However, if you have trouble finding a specific ingredient then you can email info@StrongBoldHealthy.com and I will help you find a substitute.
How do I know what ingredients to get for the recipe?
A grocery list will be sent to you 48 hours prior to the class start time. This list will include all ingredients (plus the kitchen tools) you’ll need to prepare each recipe.
