The last thing you may want to do on Thanksgiving Day is exercise, but I  guarantee you will feel so much better after you’ve done this quick Thanksgiving Workout!
In the workout below, you will find a more advance version and a modified version. If you need more of a challenge then go for the Advance Workout. If you want to move your body without the high-intensity, then opt for the Modified Workout.
At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is that you are moving your body.
