SBH 28-Minute At-Home Workout: Abs & Legs

A good sweat at home leaves me feeling accomplished – especially when I have a hectic schedule and can’t afford to spend time going to and from the gym.
This at-home workout will target your lower body and abs and have them burning in only 28-minutes…
Follow my lead in the video below as I do the workout with you!
All you need for this workout is a mat (or carpet). A set of dumbbells is optional – if you want an extra challenge then I highly recommend adding them.
