The Plant Based 21 Day Meal Plan has literally changed my life. Before starting the plan my weight was at a plateau. I’ve lost about 50 pounds and half of that was from following the SBH meal plan.The recipes are easy to follow and very delicious; I was never bored because of the variety of food. I’ve also noticed other changes to my body. The bloating in the stomach decreased significantly, my skin cleared up and is no longer dry, and I have more energy!
