Before starting this meal plan I was at a plateau in my weight loss journey, counting calories daily, and working out intensely each week with my personal trainer. I started this meal plan with minimum hopes, as I have tried other meal plans in the past and they did not last long. But in 6 weeks, I lost 12 pounds and went from a size 10 to a size 6!
With this meal plan, I would go to the grocery store once a week with a list of ingredients, and meal prep for the entire week. When shopping with this guide I was able to save a ton of money and time. I learned how to shop, and which aisles are essential and which aisles I could avoid entirely, which cut my shopping time in half.
This meal plan is super easy to follow using ingredients from your local grocery store, no need to go to an overly priced food giant.
This meal plan is not one that will make you starve either. I never once counted calories following this guide! Some days I even thought that I made too much food because when I was counting calories I was so used to restricting my serving size because of the type of foods I was eating.
After following this meal plan for about 3 days I was already starting to notice a huge difference in my intestinal health. I was having bowel movements two times daily which before I would go maybe once every two days. I have more energy now than in the past and I’m a lot less moody.
Recently, I went to my doctor for a routine physical. In the past my blood pressure was normal, but borderline. This time I was told I had an athlete’s blood pressure!
This program is so easy to follow! It truly helped me in so many ways and made me a healthier person.
