What is the SBH 21-Day Challenge?
The SBH 21-Day Challenge will motivate you to fuel your body with more nutrient dense foods using the SBH Plant-Based 21-Day Meal Plan & Nutrition Guide.
Together – with the private SBH Community Facebook Group – we will follow the SBH meal plan, cook together virtually and participate in daily challenges that empower us to become Strong, Bold and Healthy!

What is the SBH Challenge Grand Prize?
Health is wealth and a reward all of its own, however, you have the opportunity to win the SBH Challenge Grand Prize by participating in the SBH Challenge!
There is only ONE Grand Prize winner and they can take away over $200 worth of health and wellness goodies that will aid them on their health journey.
How can I win the SBH Challenge Grand Prize?
The SBH Grand Prize will be awarded to the SBH member who earns the most points in 21 days.
Participants can earn points points by completing daily challenges, meal prepping, exercising, attending virtual workshops like cooking or fitness classes*, and so much more!

What are the daily challenges?
Daily challenges will inspire you and other SBH members to become your best self mentally, physically and emotionally.
These challenges include – but are not limited to – posting a “sweaty selfie” or a picture of your lunch, writing down 3 things you love about your body, listing the top 3 songs on your playlist that motivate you, going for a 30-minute walk, etc.
The challenges will inspire thought and small actions you can take to become better with each passing day.
Where will the daily challenges be posted?
The daily challenges will be posted in the private SBH Community Facebook Group every day starting at 5am. You will have until 11:59pm the same day to complete the challenge.
When is the next SBH 21-Day Challenge?
The next SBH 21-Day Challenge will kickoff on Monday, September 21st, 2020.
How do I join the SBH 21-Day Challenge?
You can join the SBH Challenge and become a member of the private SBH Community Facebook group by purchasing the SBH Plant-Based 21-Day Meal Plan program and Nutrition Guide.
How much does it cost to join the SBH 21-Day Challenge?
If you are a current member of the private SBH Community on Facebook, then it cost $0 to participate in the SBH Challenge.
If you are not a member, then all you have to do is purchase the SBH Plant-Based 21-Day Meal Plan & Nutrition Guide for $69.99 and you’ll have lifetime access to the private SBH Community where the 21-Day Challenge is held.
It’s also in this community where you’ll get access to new recipes, meal plan menus, workouts, group support and so much more!
Do I have to follow the SBH 21-Day Meal Plan during the challenge?
I designed the meal plan so that you can eat yummy recipes full of nutrient dense – and not calorically dense – foods that will satiate you throughout the day and cut back on overeating.
Each day of the meal plan features breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. It also includes health, cooking and storage tips, as well as recipes and grocery lists. The SBH 21-Day Meal Plan will take the thinking out of eating healthy – all you have to do is prepare the food!
While it’s strongly encouraged to follow the SBH Plant-Based 21-Day Meal Plan as best you can throughout the course of the challenge to get the best results, you do not have to follow the program to participate in the challenge.
