Time. It’s something most of us don’t have a lot of and it’s an excuse we use as to why we can’t cook a healthy meal…
Until now! Here are 4 healthy recipes that have 10 ingredients or less and take only 15-minutes to make…
Cabbage Stir Fry
This Asian-inspired dish will curve those Chinese food carry-out cravings and keep you satisfied with a huge portion…
Don’t worry, it’s all veggies and you can never get enough of them!
The Cabbage Stir Fry is filled with cabbage, carrots and peas, but don’t be afraid to add other veggies like water chestnuts for some crunch or edamame for extra protein.
You can also pair this meal with a side of rice. If you’re short on time, then make a batch of frozen rice that can cook in the microwave while you prepare the stir fry.

Zoodle Vegetable Marinara
Pasta is delicious – there’s no denying it.
I don’t know about you, but once I start eating it, I can’t stop…
Which is why I make the next best thing: Zoodles!
Zoodles – or zucchini noodles – are a healthy alternative to pasta and inspired one of my favorite meals: Zoodle Vegetable Marinara.
With only 6 ingredients and a ton of veggies, this is my go-to when I need a quick meal. To make it even more filling, I add meatless Gardein Meatballs.
