This is not a diet… it’s a change of lifestyle. Believe me, I had tried everything; Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Paleo, Keto, Medifast… but even if I lost weight my doctor was not happy with my numbers. Now, over 20 pounds gone, my doctor is over the moon with my numbers. No more threats of cholesterol medicine, blood pressure meds, possible diabetes in my future.

She loves the vegetable base in my new lifestyle. My massage therapist even told me she can feel the difference in my body and that surprised me. Personally, I am feeling better than I have in ages. More energy. No afternoon energy slumps. No more bloated feeling after meals. I loved cheese, until I took a break during the first 21 days. When I tried some cheese/creamy dishes over the holidays, that bloated feeling returned, and I had only eaten a small amount! As for the food, it’s amazing. Now, I was a meat and potatoes gal and could put away a good steak but after this, I don’t miss it at all. There are so many choices [with this meal plan] and you’re not missing out on flavor. I actually prefer the non-meat selections when I go out. I still have about 30 pounds to go and it may not happen as fast as I want (patience is not my strong point) but this time the “diet” won’t end when I get there. This is a life change. If you are like me and have tried everything to lose weight, give yourself 21 days of really good, fresh, clean food and just try it this way. You’ll be amazed. I know I was.
