This is not a diet… it’s a change of lifestyle. Believe me, I had tried everything; Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Paleo, Keto, Medifast… but even if I lost weight my doctor was not happy with my numbers. Now, over 20 pounds gone, my doctor is over the moon with my numbers. No more threats of cholesterol medicine, blood pressure meds, possible diabetes in my future.
She loves the vegetable base in my new lifestyle. My massage therapist even told me she can feel the difference in my body and that surprised me. Personally, I am feeling better than I have in ages.
