10-Minute Meditation with YogiAllie

Meditation is a simple practice and tool you can use to decrease anxiety, relieve stress, increase awareness and help you reach your goals.

While I would love to tell you that meditation is a part of my daily ritual, I find myself using it most when I need to stop my mind from racing thoughts.

That’s why I enlisted the help of my friend Allie Cushley of YogiAllie – Happy Healthy Living who helps others find peace through movement, meditation and self-care practices…

Allie Cushley of YogiAllie

Allie began her yoga journey in college when trying to find an outlet for her debilitating anxiety.
As a mental health advocate, battling her own anxiety and depression, Allie hopes that sharing her yoga practices will lead to helping others who may struggle with the stressors of daily life.

Allie enjoys incorporating her love for holistic healing into her yoga practice through use of essential oils, workshops with lunar cycle observation, and more.

She creates an environment that encourages students to have fun and be silly, while bringing a peaceful, relaxing, blissful energy to the room; it’s the best of both worlds!

Allie says, “Yoga is my escape, my safe space. I can bring my practice with me wherever and whenever I want. Yoga has helped me find my breath, taught me ways to challenge and pamper my body, and spark my imagination and relax my mind. Yoga brought me back to life.”

Enjoy this 10-Minute Guided Meditation to explore the breath, relax the body and calm the mind…
